New Analysis Reveals 3 Big Surprises For Retirees in $1.3 Trillion Spending Bill

Americans born before 1965 may want to pay close attention

Uncle Sam has never been so busy cutting checks. According to data from the White House Office of Management and Budget[1], the government is paying out a jaw-dropping $100 million every hour of every day – for the next year.

That adds up to $1.3 trillion. Where are all your tax dollars going?

A new analysis from our team at the Legacy Research Group (one of America’s largest independent research firms) has the answers. And folks are in for a big surprise.

“This Is A Milestone.”

When the President signed the 2,200 page spending bill into law, he promised it would create “the strongest military we’ve ever had.”[2]

Right now: $7.6 billion is earmarked for the F-35, the Pentagon’s priciest weapons system. $21.9 billion will go to nuclear warfare.[3] Our troops are also getting their biggest pay-raise in a decade.[4]

Numerous provisions in the new bill went unnoticed, however.

The spending bill alots funding for 52,000 detention beds, and 2,000 more ICE agents. Pell grants (money given to college undergraduates) are getting rolled back. While health programs for coal miners will receive a nice cash injection.[1]

CNBC reports that Bob Corker calls the bill “grotesque.”[2]Congressman Shelby (R-Ala.) lauds the government’s recent work as “a milestone.”[3]

It’s no surprise. Washington is divided.

But here’s what is a big surprise…

10X Better Than Social Security (351 Congressmen Cashing In)

During our analysis, we made a stunning revelation.

The spending bill left a lucrative source of retirement income entirely untouched. A little-known social security alternative so exclusive… it’s reserved only for those in government offices like Congress.

It’s “shrouded in secrecy,” reports the Des Moines Register.

The New York Times says this “rarely emerges in public.”

What we do know: 351 Congressmen, including Al Gore Sr., collect this benefit. Presidents Nixon and Ford did too, at one point. And it’s 10X better than Social Security. In some cases this alternative pays up to $11,334 per month.

It’s not fair. But it’s a fact.

Fortunately, if you’re born before 1965, you can beat politicians at their game using the same investment vehicle. And it pays too. Big time.

This is incredible. Click here for the full story
